1. Purpose of Consultation

The insights, guidance, and interpretations provided during consultations are intended solely for general awareness, self-understanding, and astrological enlightenment. All content shared through calls, chats, reports, or digital platforms reflects astrological analysis and spiritual guidance only.

Astro Kedar and Saptarshi Jyotish shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes — including financial, emotional, or personal — arising from the interpretation, communication, or application of the guidance provided.​

6. Technical or Payment Interruptions

Saptarshi Jyotish is not responsible for any technical errors, transaction glitches, payment gateway delays, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers during the payment process.

7. Strict No-Refund Principle

Once payment has been successfully processed, no refund or reversal shall be issued under any circumstances.

8. Network and Connectivity Issues

In the event of poor internet connection, call drops, or disruptions in chat or video sessions on the client’s side, rescheduling may be considered at Astro Kedar’s discretion; however, no monetary refund will be applicable.​

9. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing a report, or using any service offered by Saptarshi Jyotish, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above-mentioned Terms & Conditions.
