Refund Policy

At Saptarshi Jyotish, all payments made towards astrological consultations, reports, courses, or any other professional services are considered final and non-refundable. By proceeding with a booking or purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

 

1. Strict No-Refund Principle

Once payment has been successfully processed, no refund or reversal shall be issued under any circumstances.

 

2. Change of Mind or Post-Purchase Regret

Requests for refund due to a change of mind, altered decision, or dissatisfaction with the nature of the service will not be entertained.

 

3. Technical or Payment Interruptions

Saptarshi Jyotish is not responsible for any technical errors, transaction glitches, payment gateway delays, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers during the payment process.

 

4. Network and Connectivity Issues

In the event of poor internet connection, call drops, or disruptions in chat or video sessions on the client’s side, rescheduling may be considered at Astro Kedar’s discretion; however, no monetary refund will be applicable.

 

5. International Call Charges

All charges incurred for international or long-distance calls shall be borne entirely by the client.

 

6. Astrological Interpretation & Results

Astrology is a sacred science that interprets cosmic patterns and karmic influences. Predictions or guidance provided are subject to individual free will, personal effort, and karmic factors. Dissatisfaction arising from interpretation, opinion, or perceived outcome cannot be considered a ground for refund or dispute.

 

7. Acceptance of Policy

By making a payment or booking a consultation, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the Non-Refund Policy in its entirety.
